1. About the Cashflo App

The Cashflo App (Cashflo) is an analytics app built for Shopify, and designed to help merchants identify performance trends, measure milestone impacts, and analyze the effectiveness of various ecommerce tools and integrations. Our goal is to help merchants make smarter, data-driven decisions that improve revenue and efficiency.

2. Information We Collect

When you install and use Cashflo, we collect the following types of information:

a. Shopify Account Data

We automatically receive data from Shopify via its API, including:

• Store name and URL

• Contact email address

• Shopify store ID

• Plan type and installation date

• Permissions and API tokens (to access authorized data only)

b. Shop and Transaction Analytics

To analyze milestones and tool effectiveness, we access:

• Order data (including order amounts, timestamps, payment methods, and fulfillment status)

• Product data (names, SKUs, pricing, inventory)

• Customer and session metrics (aggregated and anonymized)

• App installation and event data (e.g., when third-party tools are enabled or disabled)

We do not access or store customers’ payment card numbers, full addresses, or other sensitive personal data.

c. Optional Data You Provide

If you contact us or participate in beta testing, we may collect your name, email address, and any other information you choose to share.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

We retain your store and analytics data only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

When you uninstall Cashflo, we automatically delete or anonymize all store-specific data within 30 days, except for limited information needed for compliance or accounting.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), firewalls, and secure data storage practices, to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration.

However, no online service is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You may:

• Access or export your analytics data upon request.

• Uninstall the app at any time through your Shopify admin dashboard, which will trigger automatic data deletion as described above.

8. International Data Transfers

The Cashflo app is built primarily for U.S.-based ecommerce companies. If you access Cashflo from outside the United States, please note that your information may be processed and stored in the U.S. or other countries with different data protection laws.

We implement safeguards consistent with applicable law (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to ensure adequate protection of your data.

9. Third-Party Apps and Integrations

The Cashflo App only accesses analytics data from Shopify and your website. We do not connect to any other apps or API's.

10. Children’s Privacy

Cashflo is intended for business users and is not directed toward children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically.

When we do, we will update the “Effective Date” above and, if changes are significant, notify you via email or in-app message.
